To search by name type their full name or parts of the name.
If you do not get a result try using just their forename or just their surname.
If you are unsure of the spelling try forename then partial surname ie Joseph Blog instead of Joseph Bloggs.
We do try to use full names where known ie Joseph Andrew Bloggs instead of Joe Bloggs.
