Over 25 years research has gone into compiling the United Kingdom’s Police Roll of Honour; we have drawn the information and images from thousands of sources – public records, police records, news reports and journals, individuals and families of the fallen officers. While there are too many to name here we thank all our contributors for their assistance in helping us ensure our fallen officers are properly remembered.
We welcome photographs of the officers and their memorials and other material for use in our work and understand that we have explicit or implicit permission to use such in connection with the objects of the Trust.
It is never our intention to knowingly infringe anyone else’s copyright, if we have inadvertantly done so we apologise and will happily acknowledge the source of any original work on request of the copyright holder or otherwise agree acceptable terms and conditions as to continued use; please contact us to discuss this.
