Circumstances

Whilst riding an unmarked police motorcycle in Swaythling he was involved in a collision with another car around 2pm. He was rushed to Southampton General Hospital but efforts to revive him failed.

Died in Southampton General Hospital from injuries sustained when, at around 2pm, his unmarked police motorcycle was involved in a collision with another car in Swaythling.
