Died in hospital after sustaining injuries in a collision whilst returning to Dartford police station.

Died in hospital from septicaemia after suffering concussion and cuts to the leg when, on 12th April, the car in which he was travelling as a front-seat passenger was involved in a collision with a bus at the Heath Lane crossroads, as he and three other officers travelled back to Dartford Police Station after taking photographs and measurements at a murder scene in Dartford Heath.
