Killed alongside two colleagues in a terrorist land-mine attack on their armoured car while on mobile patrol.
Paul’s colleagues, Sergeant John Quinn and Constable Allan McCloy, were also killed in the attack at Oxford Island, near Lurgan, County Armagh.
