Circumstances

Killed in a police vehicle accident whilst returning to the police station.

The accident, in which another officer was seriously injured, occurred on the A5 at Milton Keynes, when their vehicle struck another car travelling in the same direction, slewed off the road and overturned three times before coming to rest.
