Shot and killed as he attempted to drive away after seeing two colleagues had been shot while questioning three men in a van.

PC Fox was shot and killed by the rear-seat passenger of a van parked in Braybrook Street, near Wormwood Scrubs prison, as he attempted to drive away after seeing his colleagues, DS Christopher Tippet Head and Temporary DC David Stanley Bertram Wombwell, had been shot and killed while questioning the van’s three occupants.
