Fatally injured when his response vehicle was involved in a collision whilst attending an immediate emergency call.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

PC Corke joined Kent Police in May 2022 and served in the towns of West Kent, based at Tonbridge.

On the evening of Thursday 19 March 2026, PC Corke was responding to an immediate emergency call when the marked Ford Focus police vehicle in which he was travelling was involved in a collision with a VW Scirocco on the westbound A20 London Road at the junction with Button Street, Farningham, at approximately 7.45pm.

PC Corke suffered critical injuries which ultimately proved fatal. A colleague who was also in the vehicle sustained serious injuries.
