Circumstances

He was killed when he went to investigate the sound of gunfire in Cato Road, Clapham. He had been attending a minor disturbance on the other side of the street when he heard shots. Upon going to investigate he was shot once in the chest.

PC Dunne was attending a minor disturbance on the other side of the street at the time of the incident.
